Shipping Information

What Shipping Methods Are Available?

All our packages our shipped via post. Did you order a single bootyband? These can go in your letterbox. Chose one of our bootyband sets? These will be delivered in a standard package.

How Long Will It Take To Get My Package?

Depending on your location, standard shipping will take approximately 2 to 5 business days. In the Netherlands, we offer standard next-day delivery if you order before 15:00. 

Please note, that due to the measures that are currently being taken against the coronavirus, it can take longer than usual for your package to arrive. We, as well as our delivery service, are working around the clock to avoid any delays. If you have any questions concerning the arrival of your package, please don’t hesitate to send us a message.

How do I place an Order?

Visit our product page, pick your favorite bootyband, add it to your basket and we’ll guide you to the rest. Simple as that.

Do I need an account to place an order?

You do not need an account to place an order. However, we do recommend creating one. This makes it easier for you to see all that’s going on with your order. When your resistance band is getting ready to see goodbye to our warehouse, all the way to the moment it’s at your doorstep – you’re involved every step of the way. 

How Do I Track My Order?

Can’t wait to receive your package? Visit our order tracking page here, type in your order number and start counting down the minutes till the delivery driver rings the doorbell.

How Can I Return a Product?

Not quite happy with your new gym equipment? That’s not what we started our business for. We want to see you at your best. Hence, you can always return your product within 14 working days. Please make sure the product is unused. Register your return via info@gymifitness.com.
